Kevin Turned Seven

Well, I still get teased at work about not looking like pregnant from behind when I was close to giving birth to Kevin. But my baby is seven year's old.

His grandma Donna (on left in picture) and two aunties(Auntie Nay Nay shown in this picture) came for a little gathering of the families. One of his cousins was present, too.

Here is Kevin making a wish before blowing out the candle...

Kevin learned to ride a bike without the training wheels right before he turned six last year. He just has not been out riding much. This is a new bike that Brian got Kevin for his 7th birthday. Kevin is not getting on or off the bike all by himself yet. But, we are all happy that he can do it. He didn't have to wait till 15 years-old to learn, like his mommy did. Heehee.

Well, hope is not all lost...catching a ball, that is!

Ok, here is when Kevin can catch.

Kevin Practicing Catch

Like most kids , starting from 4 years old, Kevin have been participating in team sports such as soccer (which is called "football" worldwide) and baseball. He really enjoys having a team to play with because the poor little boy does not have playmates at the lake.

However, he is like his poorly coordinated mommy, not very athletic. Luckily, Daddio Brian is persistent. Here is a look at the practice routine.
